We love American Pie. The food is delicious. We had a bad experience this evening for the first time. They had a new girl taking orders and she apparently never turned in our order. After 45 minutes we asked and the error was found. Mistakes happen, but the way they are handled goes a long way. They weren’t going to tell us what happened, I had to ask.
