THE FOOD WAS AMAZING AND ALWAYS IS. The 2 stars are for the customer service. The last maybe 5 times I’ve ordered and gone in to pick up my food the girl who has answered the phone greeted me at the register has been so freaking rude. I think her name is Emily. When on the phone with her she’s so rude and cuts you off and sounds 100% like she hates her job, and is the same way in person. Not only was she rude and miserable toward me but every other person she spoke to. Including her coworkers. She was so condescending toward her coworkers and one asked for help and she treated her like trash like right in front of everyone. I felt so bad for the girl. The first time I encountered her I was just thinking she’s had a bad day but after 3 or 4 more times she needs to chill out with her attitude. Dark hair and I think she said she was a manager. I don’t know of any manager who speaks down to her coworkers and guest like that, or even worse represents such a great place.

They have decent pizza and they’re popular among the younger set. I’ve only seen teenagers working there. But they seem to keep things moving. I much prefer Slices north of town and haven’t been to American Pie since Slices opened. I like the atmosphere and pizza better there. I’ll still go to American Pie if invited by friends.

Wish I could say . . Took me 5 tries to get a call through, and then was placed on wait for more than 10 mins before hanging up. . And this was at 4pm on a Tues! . It literally said "not to busy" on here

The reason I gave a low rating was due to price. I spent $39.40 and only got a medium pizza and a calzone with two regular drinks. I'm sorry but for basically $40, what I got wasn't worth it. Service was fine and the amount of time to get my food was well reasonable. The staff were very friendly. Just the price of everything makes it not worth the trip in my opinion.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option available.

Enjoyed our evening in our Local pizzaria. It's definitely family oriented. We had butter balls and 1 fresh chicken pizza and 1 fresh pepperoni pizza. Service was fast.

American Pie in Zebulon- we always try to support local businesses but we unfortunately won't be able to return. I tried to call and speak with an actual adult to voice my concerns regarding the quality of our to go pizza, and got a surly response from a teenager who said to bad that our pizza was missing any cheese at all on a supreme pizza, along with hardly any other toppings. Our order was over $50. My husband only looked at one of the pizzas that they showed him before leaving with our to go order. They need adult supervision at this location.

Ordered a pizza with mushrooms on it on a Saturday night. Picked it up at 8:55 pm. Got it home and when we opened up the pizza box with mushrooms were obviously spoiled. Slimy and with a bad smell. One tasted confirmed the mushrooms were bad. Since they were closed until Monday we could not take it back. Took pictures and threw the pizza away. Went in the following Tuesday and told them what had happened. Showed the pictures and they said there was nothing they could do because we did not return it that night (after they were closed). Well there is something we can do. Never do business with them again and tell anyone who will listen about our experience. Great job with customer service (sarcasm).
