Corner Cafe has a tremendous variety, but as with most places with a vast menu, none of the selections are outstanding. I've never had a bad experience, but also a never great experience. Its a great place to go when everyone wants something different. Staff is always polite and friendly.

Ordered the meatball sandwich..good size but really didn't care for it. Meatballs had a weird taste..maybe one of the seasonings y'all use. Only ate half. Steak nachos were good, though.

We stopped in Corner Cafe after a friend told us about it. My husband had to go on a call up there and I rode with him. We are from Phenix City, Alabama. First of all I was surprised by the reasonable prices!! After looking at the menu, I was shocked to see that there was a steak on the menu for less than $20. It was $16.50 for a 12 oz ribeye. After our server assured us it was delicious, I decided to try it. I mean a mediocre ribeye is a deal at $16.50. Let me tell you it was delicious. It was not thick, but it was juicy tender, and delicious! Well beyond expectations! Hubby and I both got the steak with baked potatoes stuffed with bacon lots of real crumbled delicious bacon, cheese, sour cream, and cheese. (Up charge of $1.75 and worth every cent) and side salad. Topped it of with 2pieces of cheesecake and 2 huge brownies to go. I almost failed to mention the wonderful southwest egg rolls for an appetizer. Wide variety of food. Very reasonable prices, and phenomenal service!!!! I wish it was closer to home!!!!! So we got app, 2 awesome ribeye dinners, drinks, 2 pieces of cheesecake and 2 brownies for $75 bucks (before tip). Tip your servers well. They are awesome!!! Now that is amazing. I was stuffed after the meal so the desserts are in the fridge for tomorrow
