Went thru the drive thru for a small cone for me, and hubby got a strawberry sundae. The guy held my cone the entire time the transaction took place, and it was a hot day, so I was worried it would melt. When I finally got it, it tasted like they'd mixed cool whip or something else in there. I've had plenty over the years, but this was NOT ice cream. It was not cold like ice cream is. My husband's sundae had normal ice cream, though, and WAS cold. It will be a while before we give them another chance. How do you mess up a simple ice cream cone???

Ordered $7 meal chicken strips. These chicken strips were the size of the small gravy lid! Disappointed. And I guess they have a shortage on fries as well.

Food was overcooked, kids standing around on phones, dining area was filthy, trash overflowing, women's bathroom was covered in mold. Place 8n general was nasty.

Lobby was closed, you can barely hear anyone on the drive-thru speaker, fries were cold and stale, and I was charged $2.79 extra just to have a large cup of water with my shrimp basket.

Place keeps getting worse every time we stop by. Kids working there just playing around with no adults in sight, and can’t seem to take orders correctly even after we repeat the order to confirm it at the window.

Didn't get to have any food. They closed the lobby once we got there. There were not enough employees working
Went through the drive thru. Service was fast and friendly as usual. I got a cheese burger with mustard only. It was actually right and tasted great.
