“My wife and I stopped in and I have eaten a lot of different hamburgers from different places. My wife occasionally eats a burger. We ordered a burger each and I can honestly say that was the best hamburger my wife and I have ever eaten. We recommend Janette’s, the service and food is awesome. We will definitely return for another burger and try other options on their menu. Please support their local business. It’s definitely worth it.”

“Stopped here when we saw how full the parking lot was. They offer different fish choices in sandwich, plate and dinner options at good prices. We had the founder sandwich and flounder and chips and both had a lot of fish included and we ate for less than $20! Bring cash and get some great food!”

“LOVE cantina! It is one of our go to spots in Georgetown. The staff definitely go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and the food is spectacular! You can always bet that there are going to be several specials on the menu that you just can’t decide between because they all sound so delicious. Last night I got the chicken and red rice bowl and WOW! To say it was amazing would be an understatement. I highly recommend this restaurant.”

“Flat Iron steak and Swordfish were perfectly cooked. Best char on swordfish I've ever had, still moist on the inside. Collard greens were fantastic, with plenty of bacon. Grilled heirloom carrots were fun. Just a bit loud and a bit crowded moving in and out of seats.”

“(wrote this review on Google as well) Eve's is what I call local food and service you DO write home about. I'll say, back home, there's no establishments like her restaurant. Loved the place so much we couldn't stop talking and thinking about it after the first visit. We came back a 2nd time the same week before I had to fly back home. Tried about half the menu from the j*** chicken, curry goat, curry oxtail, and ribs. Don't forget about the sides! Collard greens, candied yams, plaintains, potato salad, chicken rice, corn bread. Ginger tea, lemonade. Pound cake. Peach cobbler. D E L I C I O U S. The portions were all just right for the price and the food is really packing with flavor. Favorites are definitely the j*** chicken, chicken rice, and plaintains, corn bread was the perfect type of sweet! To really top it off, we really adored Eve and her staff. Absolutely friendly and kind folks!!! If I could, I'd order her food to get shipped to me in my state. Thank you Eve and staff for such an incredible experience and we look forward to coming back again when I'm in town. If you're someone Googling this restaurant debating to come in, you should really give them a try!!!”

“I have never had anything that has not been completely delicious, you can taste the love and care each item is made with. The owners always greet you with kindness that makes you feel like family. Don't forget to try the cruffins!”

“Loved this place. Great stop on my way to Charleston. Coffee was delicious and the iced coffees came with a big cube of frozen Kona coffee so when it melted the coffee wasn’t diluted. The barista was so friendly and nice. Will stop by again!

“I visited with my family and was eager to try the homemade icecream. The lady working there obviously didn’t want to be there, she wasn’t nice and it got my family offended that they refused to buy ice cream. I ended up ordering pecan and maple flavors and they were delicious. It’s unfortunate that the costumer service isn’t good because this could be a little gem.”

“My daughter decided that she wanted a sweet potato pie instead of cake for her birthday. I wound up being under the weather and couldn’t make it for her. We stopped by Aunny’s on our way to Pawley’s after calling and confirming that they had a whole pie and would sell it to us. It was a delicious pie and my daughter was very happy. “Do try the Cajun Chicken Sub! So much better than the chicken subs I've had at larger chains! The young lady there suggested it and told me that I won't be disappointed! “Great food, fast service, the restaurant part itself seems a bit short of ambiance, but what do you expect. It's not like it's a fine dining style restaurant. It's great for a quick dinner solution when no one wants to cook. The 2 meat bowls with veggies are big enough that my husband and I share it.”

“I've enjoyed Hunt Bros. for over 20 years. The slices are a great after work snack and on a "we just want the whole thing" night, one phone call is all. Our local Marathon ladies make them less than a mile from our house !”

“This was a second time visit. Both times were excellent. The food and the service were exemplary. Our waitress Julia was fantastic! Everyone was friendly. Even the bartender Karen stopped by to ask if we enjoyed the drinks... Excellent Margaritas from an excellent bartender! Enjoyed Quesadillas and Fajitas. Great evening.”

“Traditional, southern waterfront, seafood, dive. Had the grouper tacos, and there was more grouper than taco ,outstanding. The tortillas were perfectly cooked, unlike most places where they just grab them out of the bag.

The homemade onion rings were great not a fan of thick cut onion rings which these were not. Great atmosphere for kids to play some old school inexpensive games like skee ball.
Only major complaint was that I could not order fried oysters. They did have five or six items on the menu that I was very excited about.”

“The food is overpriced. The quality has decreased. I used to order the Mexican pizza, but the last few times I did when I open my pizza box all of my toppings were stuck to the top and my little tortillas were naked in the bottom, so quit ordering those chili cheese burritos Also they never have any sauce. I won’t say never hardly ever do they have any sauce and the window is not friendly at all you can try to have conversation with her while you’re waiting on your food or during exchange of money not gonna get anywhere, no smiles no nothing just sour face, so don’t know if Taco Bell treats her employees like crap or she just hates her job but either way don’t go there expecting a smile with your taco. One good thing I can say about them is the fact that they’re open late, however, don’t be surprised to go there 10 or 15 minutes before closing and find that they are already closed or that they have no tea because they’ve already poured it out for the night.”
