Best banana bread ever!

Yummiest banana bread ever (all agreed) and the macadamia nuts only added to the flavor! Great price, super easy transaction using Venmo, and nice drive south from Kona. We stopped for a few loaves on our way back from the Puʻuhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park.

It is by far the best banana bread on the island. We have spent more than six months on the Big Island and tried banana bread in many different places. That one is not only the best but also the cheapest. It has good amount of nuts, its moist and very tasty. It’s worth it just to drive to that spot even if it’s out of your way. This bread deserves your driving.
The painted church road is beautiful and I also recommend visiting the church itself. Captan Cook town, National Park and great snorkeling spot are about 10 minutes from the stand.

Sweet roadside stand that's well worth a peaceful 30+ min drive from South Kona. I thought the bread was even better the next day! Nice to have a Venmo option to pay, and I appreciate the trust to choose our own loaves and bananas. Aloha!

Banana Bread is absolutely amazing! Its moist, fresh and the sugar is a wonderful addition! We grabbed 3 loaves at first and will be back for at least 6 additional loaves throughout the week!

I love banana bread so you know it had to be a stop on my vacation. It's a cute side of the road stand. The banana bread is fantastic, maybe 2 wasn't enough, lol. Worth the stop especially if you are going to Two Step beach, it's kind of along the way.

Found this special spot on Google Maps when looking for new places to go near Kona. Our only disappointment was not buying more than one loaf!!

My husband doesn’t like nuts in banana bread but loves Mac nuts—this was the perfect combination and quantity to give the bread extra flavor without overpowering the sweet bananas.

100% recommended!! We will be going again to pick up several loaves before returning stateside.

Our guide on a snorkeling excursion recommended this spot/banana bread. You drive just 10 minutes outside of Captain Cook, on a beautiful rural road, to find a cooler full of banana bread loafs; you're on the honor system to Venmo the $4 or leave teh cash. If the cooler is empty...you just call the number and Jeanette and/or family will bring more out right away! The bread is delicious -- we returned for a total of 3 loaves during our 10-dayy stay in the area -- and Jeanette herself (who brought out more when the cooler was empty) was super friendly and interesting. And for $4 (given Island prices), it really can't be beat! A charming and delicious experience.

A great roadside spot to grab a loaf of Banana Mac nut bread! We took it home and griddled slices with some butter - delicious!
