We stopped here after snorkeling just below here. We were looking for a snack and found some wonderful pineapple, coconut bread. It hit the spot!

This is the best bakery on the island! I live for her chocolate chip cookies, and having a Venmo to pay is super easy and convenient. I’m not even a huge fan of bread, but the bacon and ham being folded into the baguettes are unlike anything I’ve ever had in an almost croissant-like pattern, making them moist and incredibly flavorful. I always stop when I pass by!

We were so excited to make it while the bread was still warm! My boyfriend still talks about the cookies. On our first visit we didn’t make it far before we looped back for a second stop a few minutes after purchase #1 in order to snag a few more baked goods! We hope to be back next time we’re on Big Island

Roadside stand with great baked goods! Paying is on the trust system, so don't steal! This stand has some great items that are worth the price.

The jalapeño cheese bread sustained me for about 4 hours of driving. Thanks!

This place was recommended to us on our flight to Kona. We stopped here after going to Volcanoes NP ang got a baguette of black sesame bread. We also got two desserts: a delicious mango shortbread bar, and chocolate macadamia brownie. It was a superb complement to our pasta dinner. Self-service on the roadside, and we got there around 3:30 pm. Not much was left by then, so be advised the early bird gets the goods. I definitely recommend this if you are driving around Captain Cook-South Point.

I would come back to the Big Island just to have those chocolate chip cookies again. We also loved the sourdough and butter mochi!
