Great New York style pizza. I don't normally like pepperoni pizza (blasphemous, I know), but this was stellar. Crust was on point and perfectly cooked. The seasonal special was also phenomenal.

We were out exploring Hāwī on a Sunday afternoon and stopped in for a late lunch. My husband got the macaroni and cheese pizza and I got a delicious huge slice of pepperoni. I love the crispy thin crust and spicy pepperoni. We both got a can of pop and our bill came to about $21, and we left a tip in the tip jar. It was probably one of the least expensive lunches we’ve had on the island. I’m sure we will stop again when we take guests to Hāwī. The restaurant is a shady little patio behind/between some shops. Lots of Hawaii-surfer vibe. Also they were playing some great music. The server/chef was friendly and answered lots of questions like how they came up with some of their unique topping choices (macaroni and cheese pizza??) She also let us know about their KO Pizza food truck located down by Kawaihae harbor.

Headed up to Hawi for lunch. The place we were originally going to go had just stopped serving lunch, so we wandered back to KO since we had parked nearby. So glad we did. Pizza was thin and well done and AMAZING. I had the pepperoni 🤌🏼 My husband and I split a Caesar salad, which was also delicious. A bit pricey, but that's Hawaii. Slices were enormous. The only seating is on a patio, so beware of the wind.

Amazing customer service! RICO was amazing and definitely takes care of his customers! Such a cute little place to stop by before and/or after the beach. Their BBQ Chicken Specialty pizza was beyond this world! Will definitely be going back. Mahalo Rico! 10 out of 10

Friendly quick service, tasty pizza and a cold local beer. Pleasantly surprised how nice it was to have lunch on a summertime Saturday afternoon tucked away in a nicely decorated Alley cafe in my own town! Cooling ocean breezes flow through the space making this a relaxing but refreshing respite to my busy day. Thank you KO Pizza!

What an amazing treat on our drive around the Big Island. He happened into this little pizza joint just looking for a snack and some shade. What we got was the some of the best pizza we have ever had. It was only second to the pizza we cherish from Italy. They even had hot honey drizzle, one of my all-time favorite pizza condiments.
