Been going here for 2 years now and it's great every time. This morning was the icing on the cake. Ordered 2 travelers to go, they were ready to go the moment I got there, and I was struggling to carry them so an employee helped me take them to the car. (Thanks mark) And the other employees left cute messages and smiley faces on the boxes. It's the little things that make it great.

This morning there was 3 baristas who were talking and conducting either inventory or the food temperature. I was standing there for 5 minutes and did not acknowledge me or take my order. I got frustrated so I left. They were not paying attention to their customers.

This is the only Stsrbucks that consistently makes my coffee wrong. I get them all over the island and only this one does not know what extra sweet cream means! People aren't trained correctly or you have the wrong instructions on how to make it. This should not be dark!

They are in charge of turning on the T V. It takes 30 seconds. They come in at 5 AM but out of 5 of last 6 days they have not turned it on.

It's Starbucks. Quick, yummy coffee for busy worker bees. Definitely paid too much for 2 lattes, but I get it; SBUX and it's shareholders want to get their stock past 100 again.This one has a nicer, less hectic atmosphere than most.

Mark (the manager) is very rude and doesn’t listen. He always gets my order wrong and it’s a constant battle trying to get it correct. After repeating myself, he either repeats it wrong or creates a wrong ticket. Not sure what’s wrong with him but he should not be at the register if he can’t follow customers customized instructions.

The morning staff is horrible. I make my order online way ahead of time and they’re still 10 minutes late when I arrive to pick it up. My food is done and getting cold but my drink order takes forever. The two female baristas that work the morning shift are very slow and rude. They sing, laugh, and have a good time while everyone is watching them while waiting. People make online orders because they want to make it into work on time. The manager is a great guy however, doesn’t manage them, instead he’s moping the floor or wiping down the machines while they’re making drinks. The morning crew needs to be quicker because people are trying to make it into work.
