absolutely fantastic!!! this is such a good subway, the people were so nice to me and the food was great!!! I spilled a little mustard but no pain no gain. the area is great and the food is always consistent.

During the busy lunch hour rush, I went here to only order a fountain drink cup. (self-serve fountain drinks) I stood in line with several people ahead of me ordering sandwiches. When it was my turn to place my order, I was greeted by a very friendly, professional young lady who asked me for my order. Since they were still making the other customers order and not using the cash register, the young lady went up to ring up my order. When she did this, an angry older woman working there started angerly barking at her in tagalog in front of all the customers. The young lady then went back behind the sandwich line. I had to wait in line for everyone else to complete their sandwich orders before paying for my cup. Barking at employees in front of customers is very rude and unprofessional, especially when the employee is trying to speed up a fast food line at a fast food restaurant. I would give a zero star rating if i could for having such a rude, unprofessional worker. My advice to the young lady is to dump that job and find a place where they appreciate your hard work and professionalism. You don't deserve to be treated like that.

Always fast, polite service during lunch rush. Writing this review to commend the staff. Lady in front of me was talking into the glass then yelling when workers didn't make it correctly. Workers did a great job of responding politely even though the lady was verbally abusive to the employees. Rude lady started dropping the names of 'Subway owners', asking if 'so-and-so' still owned this Subway and named 3 separate names as owners. Had ridiculous requests that are not allowed, such as asking for more meat, and scoffing when the workers still adhered to her request. Asked for pepper after the sandwich was wrapped and in her hands. If you are going to to have ridiculous requests and be a pain to somebody making your food, go next door to the grocery store and grab some mayonnaise and bread and make your own food.

Rude manager!!!! Gave me the smallest amount of topping she could and complained about inflation on all items and that she was giving more than she’s allowed as is. After giving me only 3 cucumbers and only adding one more when I asked for more please and gave me 4 banana peppers. Then proceeded to tell me I should just go make my own sandwich and buy from the grocery store while listening the prices of what everything cost. This was a very disappointing visit to subway and I’ll never visit this location again. Wish I could give a zero star.

Terrible service. They refuse to add extra toppings to any sandwich. Don't even know how to make any of the sandwiches on the menu either. Better off going up the road to the other one.

First I’m going to begin by saying, just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you should not provide good customer service. To the “manager”, Cely, you should be ashamed of the behavior you exhibited to not only other customers in line behind me, but also to those that work under you. As I was saying the my order, it seemed as though she was rushing me, trying to guess what I would like on my sandwich. Through out her rushing me she dropped the salt and pepper shaker on the floor and had to put it back (without cleaning it off, which seemed a little unsanitary) along with fixing on of the display signs that feel on the floor (with the same gloves on she is making my sandwich with, still unsanitary!) once she finished putting everything on my sandwich I asked for two sauces on the side, not on the sandwich. She said “I don’t know what you’re saying” so I then told her, “I want the chipotle southwest sauce and the Sriracha Sauce on the side of the sandwich”. She then wraps up my sandwich and slides it across the counter, as if she was annoyed. She then gives me one sauce container With both mixed in there. This is not what I asked for and I’ve never had any other subway do that before. She then just starts helping the other customers so I said “Ma’am, these are supposed to be in two separate containers.” She then visibly exhales and says “well aren’t you just going to eat them like that anyway” I then said “no.” She starts mouthing off out loud about me and complaining, before she sets it on the counter. First of all, Ms. Cely, you don’t know to whom this sandwich is going to and how it will be eaten. Instead of trying to rush everyone through, try listening to what they are saying. Also, if you do get frustrated saved it for the break room or the group chat with your friends...
