Doesn’t except panda rewards
Drive through order, Beef and broccoli x2 and super green. I received a lot of green and no beef. This has happened to me several times at this Panda Express. The employee suck and the management suck. Do not eat here.

I feel nauseous EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Every time I come, the food is just a little overcooked, and a little bit dry. Also it seems like they are missing ingredients a lot of the time. You would be better off to go to the nearby Panda Express at Maunaloa Terrace.

Closed an hour early to “clean†I've worked in the retail/fast food industry before never was I ever allowed to close early to clean. Had to go all the way off base to get my panda fix. Very frustrating.
Charged an extra $1.50 for the Angus steak and get 4 small pieces. Mostly fat and griselda. Try subway.
Food tasted fine. They charged me an extra drink and an for 2 extra entrees but didn't receive any extra even though i didn't order that. And they didn't refund me when I asked.

They make food as they need it so everything's really FRESH
Personally, I love Panda. The only reasons it doesn't get a 5 star rating is that they forget the sauce on my Teriyaki chicken sometimes and they forgot an entire plate from an order once, but they more than made up for it when I called about it.

Quick and friendly service. My son's favorite place to get his orange chicken fix.
