Food gets a 5 Star for the Fried Rice Omelet ONLY. All other food is 3 star, the chicken tenders are nugget sized. The TV is loud as heck, plus bowling noise, but the pool area is chill. Staff is nice, but they will never answer the phone so dont even bother trying to call ahead.

The food is good however currently the fryer is broken so there is no fries to go with your burger. There is also other menu items as well besides burgers such as plate lunch and salads

Sailors from every submarine naval base around the world all talk about the fried rice omelet from Harbor Grill! It was the first thing I was told to get in Connecticut by my instructors. Truly lives up to it's reputation! Everyone arriving for duty in Sub Base Pearl Harbor has to come here first!

**Need military ID or CAC Card to enter the base in order to get to this place**Tucked away in the dated bowling alley, this spot has good food for reasonable prices. Credit card or debit only, they dont accept cash. Tried calling in a phone order but they didnt answer so when you get there, so you gotta be patient and wait to place your order... Knocked a star off for this. Breakfast is known for their FRO.... the Fried Rice Omlette with cheese and this buggah is mayjah. For $7.50 it cant be beat. Daily lunch specials available after 11am but i grabbed the Fried Chicken Plate and for 11 bucks i was impressed. Cheap eats in a hole in a wall. Parking is limited so you might have to walk a bit to get here too.
