Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich(meal). The chicken sandwich had to be prepared previously and sitting under their heater for at least one hour or more. The bread was a little dry and hard, the cheese has been warmed so long it almost looked like see-through glass. The breading on the chicken was essentially rubbery and not flaky.. even the pickles looked like wet cucumbers. I love Popeyes and I always get my chicken sandwiches super fresh, flaky, crispy, chicken and very soft. Unfortunately, was the worst Popeyes chicken sandwich I’ve ever had because they practically tasted microwaved and rubbery.

Highly recommend to only eat sandwiches that are freshly prepared and inspect your food at this location to make sure your food wasn’t sitting under a heater for a long time

It took 30 minutes to get a "fast food" order for two. Never again.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessed by wheelchair. Flat roll from the parking lot, up a shoulder ramp and then into the store.

Did not dine here as they refused to accept my U.S. coupons. Don't think the Popeyes app works at this location. Not recommended.

We have been a regular here for several years. We had an issue at the very beginning, years ago. Now the manager Marivic, takes amazing care of us. Some how she remembers our most liked foods.The location does have turnover, however they continue to do a great job for fast food.

I literally asked for sweet heat sauce only to open up my bag at home and find nothing. Never eating at this location ever again.

Great Chicken and open till 9pm on weekdays!

First of all I eaten at several Popeyes on the island for years and use the mobile app most of the time because of the time saving. The food pretty taste the same at all location. The reason for the 2 stars is because this location do not process your mobile orders unless you let them know. Twice this happened to me. When you place your mobile order, the ticket come out on a separate machine then the one attached to the register. The problem is, they don't check that machine. Today, my order was 83. They took two orders after mine came through, and prepared their food, which I understood, because they were already with the customer. But when they started helping the next set, I went to the counter and about mine. They didn't know about it, but they are working on it now. I didn't get my order until they have serve number 91 and the line was gone. I think I would have gotten my food faster if I went through the line like everyone else.
