After a long 10 hour day driving the road to Hana & back, stopped by the food truck park in Kā'anapali before going to the resort and saw a food truck serving pho... I've had lots of pho before! Probably my most expensive pho to date, which is not surprising considering we're in Maui but well worth it! The best noodles I've ever had hands down, and a huge portion of them at that with a good amount of meat! The broth was really good, although I will say I have had a better broth elsewhere back home. Overall, even for a food truck... I will say this place ranks in my top 5 best pho's I've ever had!

Unseasoned and bready banh mi. I could’ve made better food with a microwave. If you want to get a mouthful of raw carrots eat here. It also costed 18 bucks!!!!

Literally the grossest meal I’ve never had. I couldn’t even get past the first bite. Took 30 minutes to get the meal. I got the teriyaki tofu and was really looking forward to as it was one of the fewer food trucks with veggie options and it was quite busy (rip to everyone else who ate there). Opened the box when I got it and gagged. The tofu curry had no colour, tasted raw and pasty. The curry had this weird consistency where it was a liquid but didn’t move .. lol. Don’t waste your time and money

Please don’t waste your time, money and effort. This was one of the worst places I’ve been to. I waited over 45 minutes just for a sandwich. The quality was terrible and it was like a rock when trying to bite into it. The people were very rude and didn’t care at all. The price was absurd. If I could tell everyone in that line to turn away, I would. 0/10. Can’t even call this place real Vietnamese food. Tasted like cardboard.

please, please don’t waste your time at this food truck. A total waste of time and money. The wait time is just far too long, and the people inside just don’t give a shit. The food can be made at home in your microwave too please please please do not give this business any money. They do not deserve it at all whatsoever. Terrible overall experience don’t recommend to anyone in any type of hunger need.

Got the Korean chicken and it was anything but that. Tasted more like a general Thaos chicken and that to average’ish. Disappointed

The pho broth is sooo delicious and they give generous portions of extras like basil and bean sprouts. They are quick too!!

Seriously Da Worst! They Said the wait was going to be 30 minutes. Ended up being an hour and a half. Dude was basically tryng to get us not to order and they weren’t even busy! Called my number after an hour just to tell me they didnt have what we ordered! Avoid at all cost! Food was meh. Really not sure how they are in business. Must be working for free. Maybe delivered 10 orders over the 1.5 hours we waited. So pissed and disappointed as were the other really annoyed people waiting. More than the stupid wait and the bad food was a waste of a night on vacation that I cant get back.
