Seriously Da Worst! They Said the wait was going to be 30 minutes. Ended up being an hour and a half. Dude was basically tryng to get us not to order and they weren’t even busy! Called my number after an hour just to tell me they didnt have what we ordered! Avoid at all cost! Food was meh. Really not sure how they are in business. Must be working for free. Maybe delivered 10 orders over the 1.5 hours we waited. So pissed and disappointed as were the other really annoyed people waiting. More than the stupid wait and the bad food was a waste of a night on vacation that I cant get back.

It took an hour to get our food on the first night of our vacation (they said it was going to be 30 minutes — they should be upfront with this info). That said, the food WAS DELICUOUS but not worth the hour wait.

Was told our food would take 30 min. 30 min later was told another 30 min. Asked for our money back and they refused. Seems like they just target tourists for easy money. It’s a scam.

Should have read all the other reviews - be prepared to wait an hour for your food. Very rude of them to not tell people before ordering and let customers make that decision. Instead they hold you hostage and tell you after you pay and no refunds. The food was decent though and good portions.

Ordered the rare steak Vietnamese pho and fresh shrimp rolls. The pho was delicious and well worth the 45 min wait onWed evening around 7.30pm. Cashier was clear that it would take 30+ min but i was ok to give it a try. I wasn’t expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the the juicy thin slices of beef and tasty, well balanced beef broth in the pho. The fresh roll was crunchy and paired nicely with the generous portions of peanut dipping sauce. There was no issue with utensils and service was friendly and honest. I would go earlier the next time!

Food you get here is not worth the wait. All other food trucks around are serving fast and better tasting food. Don't waste your time here.

Lots of flavor in their Pho broth. Basil chicken was flavorful as well. Shrimp rolls were very fresh.

Worth a visit and you wouldn't think it came from a food truck! We were here early and there was NO wait! Everything is fresh & made to order. The shrimp pho is delicious I chose the veg broth. Fresh roll was huge! And you get 2 as an order. We tried the pork. It was sliced thin and nicely seasoned. Peanut sauce was really good too. (Between the rolls and amount of soup I got 2 meals out of it) The pho broth is in a separate ccontainer than the rice noodles etc. And they give you a bag w extra basil and bean sprouts.Husband had teriyaki chicken sandwich he had no complaints.

They only cook one order at a time, so be prepared to wait. They told us 30 minutes, but it would up being 45 minutes. The food is definitely not worth the wait. If it hadn't taken so long, I'd probably give them two stars (the fish was overcooked and everything else was just meh..

DA. BEST sucks!! Don’t do it!! Kaanapali, Maui, HI.After ordering my food, my entire group got their food from the other food vendors. Everyone else ate and shared their food. When we were done sharing food, I went to DA BEST food truck to see what was going on with my order. They were on order 4 and I was order 11. I asked them to cancel my order, but they refused. My group was ready to go, but DA BEST would not refund my money or get my Oder to me. They were not nice and I waited another 20 minutes for my food. Over an hour 15 minutes for a noodle dish. I took it back to my room. It wasn’t anything to write home about. What good truck takes over an hour to get you food? Is this normal for this food truck? How do these people make any money? It was almost 8:30, closing time and they were still taking orders. I hope those people get their food. DA BEST sucks!!! Don’t do it!!!!

Got the flank steak pho. Every single piece of meat was half fat. I have never had pho like that before. I had to tear off the chunk of fat from each piece before trying to enjoy it. Horrible. Other than that, the pho was good, but I don't like to pay for something I have to pick through because it's not edible. It did take a long time to get the food too. I do not recommend.

I ordered the kimchi fried rice with bbq short rib, the wait was expectedly long. The rib was tasty, kimchi fried rice at first tasted subpar, but combining with the rib it’s actually quite good.

We ordered shrimp fried rice and teriyaki chicken. I asked for fried rice instead of steamed with the teriyaki chicken… they don’t do that. It was fairly slow when we ordered, but still took 20 minutes for our food. It was okay, definitely not great. My wife went back for extra teriyaki sauce… they don’t do that. I wanted a spicy sauce… they don’t do that. We had leftovers and walked over to ask for a bag… they don’t do that… unless you order soup?!? For $20+ a meal I was hoping for better food and service… they don’t do that either.
