This is a food truck that is located on the Target side of the Lowe's parking lot. Aunty at the window was pleasant and friendly, food was ready quicker than expected. Truck plays Hawaiian reggae music. You're given a ticket with your order number on it and it is announced by Aunty when you're a food is ready. Had the ribeye and garlic ahi katsu combo plate, $21. The ahi katsu is not a traditional katsu with panko breading. It's a bit hard fried crust and fish is fully cooked with a garlic mayo and a garlic reduction poured over it. I prefer the seared foodiecocket ahikatsu I've had elsewhere. No seasoning on the actual fish or in the coating, only in the sauce and the garlic reduction. The ribeye is chopped up into small pieces with I would say a good amount of fat left on that keeps the rest of the cut flavorful. Nice amount of seasoning that could have been better dispersed but that's just personal preference. The layer of rice under the ahi and the ribeye is there just to catch the juices so it doesn't all soak through the recyclable plate but still very good and yummy. Salad is just young greens mix with dressing and a scoop of rice.

Extremely delicious and fresh ahi. The breaded teriyaki beef was also very good. Friendly service. Wish they had a picnic table or some kind of seating, but we found a nearby park to enjoy our meal. A great place to grab a quick bite when you land at the airport. Would certainly return.

You could not get a better meal if you were in a 5 star hotel. The food is outstanding the employees are sweet and personable the place is clean, there's sodas are ice ice cold it's one of my favorite places to eat if you have not had a chance to go here yet please do trust me when I say you need this in your life

Food came out right on time and is SO DELICIOUS!!!! I still dream about the garlic shrimp and highly highly recommend it. Pics aren't the best because we already inhaled half our food before I realized I NEED to take pics and give a positive review
I come here usually for their ahi katsu, and every once in a while I get the wasabi glaze (really good to clear your sinuses instantly with how it tingles the senses in a good way), and they always have repeat customers for a reason! Staff is super nice, and I love that they continue to help their community when they can and they offered a day for free ahi katsu, and everyone had positive things to say after their visit. Would definitely try the wasabi glaze at least once!

808 platesto me is more quality over quantity. Their food is so fresh tasting including the fish which is a challenge because fish grts fiahy quick. It was a little pricey for the portion size but im willing to pay for quality.
