Thankful I got a chance to try Anohui today just before flying out! Turned out to be my favorite meal of my vacation in Maui.
Lots of covered seating in the food truck area. Fast and friendly service.
Ordered the following:
- Hawaiian Tropic smoothie: delicious and flavorful!
- The Chipa Waffle: really unique and tasty dish; surprisingly filling despite somewhat small portion; really yummy creamy cashew cream
- Veggie Focaccia Sandwich: quite possibly the best vegan panini I’ve had (tasted similar to a vegan version of a caprese sandwich); same delicious cashew cream; very substantial in terms of portion size
Wish I discovered this vegan truck earlier in my trip because I would have definitely come back!

10/10. The food is AMAZING. The most beautiful thing is the energy that those who take care of it have. They are in every detail. They take care of doing absolutely everything, even the dressings. You can feel love on every dish. My favorite place on the island. I strongly recommend the focaccia protein, it is super large, it can even be shared between 2 people. And please don’t miss the alfajores…are a piece of heaven. Thank you guys for create a unique and delicious place for enjoy more the life. Mahalo ??

The best vegan food on Maui. From the smoothies to the coffee and the homemade focaccia. Also the only place we found with vegan banana bread and it was amazing too. A must visit!

The most amazing food and service on island! This food trucked owned by Vicky and Nacho served incredibly delicious and nutritious meals inspired by Argentina and Hawai’i. You gotta try the protein sandwich on homemade focaccia bread! And the banana bread. It’s all so good.

The BEST, most knowledgeable food allergy friendly place in the two Islands we visited. The first time I didn't feel worried about gluten contamination or lack of options. I would've bought so much more but we were getting on a plane home. DEFINITELY stop by this food truck!!
