Thankful I got a chance to try Anohui today just before flying out! Turned out to be my favorite meal of my vacation in Maui. Lots of covered seating in the food truck area. Fast and friendly service. 10/10. The food is AMAZING. The most beautiful thing is the energy that those who take care of it have. They are in every detail. They take care of doing absolutely everything, even the dressings. You can feel love on every dish. My favorite place on the island. I strongly recommend the focaccia protein, it is super large, it can even be shared between 2 people. And please don’t miss the alfajores…are a piece of heaven. Thank you guys for create a unique and delicious place...
