I've tried all of the Thai places on Maui and none have come close to what Aloha Thai Fusion does. You can mix ingredients and try to replicate, but Aloha Thai has the secret to perfect ratios with their spices and ingredients. do not let the food truck part fool you. this is a 5 star thai place and they offer kama'aina.wife and i have been to every thai place. this is first choice on this side of the island
