I highly advise against ordering online from them. They fail to notify customers in advance; it’s only when the driver arrives that they inform them about unavailable items. I waited for an hour, only to find out through the driver that what I had paid for wasn't available. It was a bad experience and poor service

went to the store at 9:15pm (12/15/24) and the worker had locked the door and closed up shop. sign on the door (and online) says the store was supposed to close at 10pm. when we walked up the worker saw us but quickly walked to the back. lame

I don't know what all the other negative reviews are talking about. We just left the Maui aquarium and had a great time. We all wanted something to cool us off so we punched ice cream into the GPS and Baskin Robbins showed up. We proceeded here and ordered some cool treats and were very happy with our order. The guy that made our ice cream was friendly and did a good job. If you're ever on the island of Maui and want some good ice cream, stop on in. You'll be glad you did.PEACE!

This young girl welcomed me in and even while doing other things took my order, served me correctly and respectful, only thing i didnt like is that i h Wasnt able to get her name, she was very pleasent. Thank youuu ??

Tonite I went to Kahului Maui Baskin & Robbins with my granddaughter. There was a line of approximately 8 Maybe 10 people in line. We got in line and waited our turn while getting excited for icecream. As the line moved along, we got to the coolers and picked out 2 carryout quarts and waited for our turn to get a cup of ice cream for both of us. There were 2 young boys working the counter, one looked right at me and should have known we were the next to be served as we were next in line. Well he went ahead and asked the people in back of us what they wanted and totally ignored that we were there. The party behind us had 4-5 people who was served before us. It was not their fault and the customer even asked me if we were in line and apologized that we were not acknowledged by the worker and further stated that these are young boys and most likely the reason it happened. Young boys or not customer service IS customer service. There was a line, there was no number to pull for order. Simply stand in your place in line. This is unacceptable to me, if you are not going to service the line in order why have a line? I asked to speak to manager as I wanted to let the manager know what had happened just so that it would not happen to anyone else. I was told that there was no Manager on duty. I do plan on calling in the morning to speak to a manager so that they may be aware as to how their workers are doing. I did ask for the name of this person and his name is Skylar. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS BOY! I almost put my quarts back and walked out as I felt we were disrespected, but my granddaughter wanted a cup of icecream so I sucked it up and waited. While this may not seem like a BIG deal to many of you, it was a BIG deal for Me! To the visitors who come to Maui, save your money and get your icecream elsewhere as the service here is BAD. I am attaching a picture of my receipt here as proof I was there, and just noticed that I may take a survey about my experience. I will most certainly be doing that too.

Hey never want to make anything beverage after 7pm can't get a milkshake after 7pm. Very disappointed.

The lady rudely says to him “THERE IS NO EATING ALLOWED IN HERE!” We were not eating in there we are waiting for our order to be complete so we could pay. That was so unnecessary!! That just ruined our whole trip to get ice cream being that we all left the house just for that. She should learn some manners and common sense!!
