Delicious addition of the lobster roll! It's great to have dishes accompanied by salad or fries. Pleasant staff. I was at the restaurant with three of us, and was surprised to see we were each charged an additional 20% tip. Is this a new policy?
We arrived early and was seated immediately. Ordered the ceasar salad and paella for 2 which was perfect. Our waiter Riley was most attentive and service and food were excellent.
bread was soft, I ordered the salmon and noodles - the noodles had been under a heat lamp and were hard - and the salmon was raw. NOT the usual I am used to. Substandard
A friend and I met up for lunch which turned out to be perfect. Comfortable seating, quiet atmosphere, many choices on the menu, and outstanding service. My friend enjoyed her meatball sandwich that came with a tasty salad. I ordered the grilled blackened chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was a tad on the dry side but overall it was tasty. What stood out was the service. Everyone was so kind and efficient. Mahalo!
Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Food was very good but could have had more noodles. Plenty of chicken and mushrooms. Appreciate the birthday crème brûlée but was confused trying to find the restaurant.
As always overall very good. Great restaurant close to Kahului hotels when staying near to airport.
Coming from the tri state area, I'm kind of a snob for Italian food. I was blown away by how good the food was. Great service and ambience. Definitely will be back when I'm in Maui.

Happy Hour was delightful! Edward was an excellent mixologist as well as being friendly and charming. We smacked on fries and focaccia...both tasted delicious. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. I highly recommend Bistro Casanova!

Great staff and nice place to sit down, the food was okay but not worth the price you pay

Our open table reservation didn’t show up and we had to wait for a seat, asked multiple times to show the reservation, ordered food and the time between our salad and entree coming out took so long that we had to get our order to go and even that took a long time, we had a show to go to and had to eat in the car. Total bummer.

I loved the food here! I got the ravioli with sage butter. It was so savory. The portions are small, which I like because I don't eat that much. I got the creme brulee for dessert, and it was also very good. It was the perfect amount of sweetness.

Great dinner experience! We came in for a birthday and had a wonderful time. A few of our guests have food allergies and they were able to accommodate (gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian).
Edward was our amazing server. Everything was lovely. Great food. Will be back.
