When we were done, obviously we didn't finish our food, we asked for two big to go plates and the uncle gave us 1 big 1 small. I asked him again for 1 big to go plate and he left. He came back infront straight to the counter and started watching his show on the tv again. (Aunty-lady was at the back I think) so we had to ask again.
I wish I've know of this place sooner! Hole in the wall place, very simple, but they put a lot of pride in their food. The workers, and owner is so friendly. Great comfort filipino comfort food, and they really took the time to cater to us and the other customers dining too.By the way, their food seemed like it was prepared more healthy-not your ordinary oily and fatty filipino food!! HUGE PLUS!
After a week split between Maui and Hawaii, this was my favorite restaurant and that of my friends. The staff could not be nicer and they made great suggestions. Favorite dish was the sisig with egg (not pictured since we inhaled it) and the panfried milkfish.
