Clean and convenient facility in a good location with ample parking. Chicken nuggets were good as were the french fries. Ketchup packets were confusing to use at first, but once you got used to them they worked OK. A better selection of sauces and dressings are required. Sometimes it's best to stick with the conventional ones (ranch, thousand, marinara, etc.) rather than get too fancy. The employees were helpful and courteous.

Friendly staff, clean restrooms, always a great stop with the kids when in Kahului! I’ve been to many Chick-fil-a’s in my life growing up in the South, and it feels like home-away-from-home to have one in Maui.

No better way to start our Maui stay than a chocolate shake from Chick fil a. What really stood out was the incredible service, smiles, and friendly staff. Good start to our stay on the island! 5 Stars!
