I’ve been coming to Maui for 40 years- and hands-down, this is the best seared ahi plate. Incredible. Kihei location. Ahi tacos are fantastic too! I woke up this morning thinking about last night’s meal, so we came back today. Had to go back a second day in a row!

Absolutely awesome food and great customer service! I get a serious craving for their seared Ahi (tacos or salad) & shrimp tacos. The pulled pork sliders are really good too. We usually hit them up at least 3-4X a month because with the extensive menu, you can't get bored. Sometimes we'll drive all the way from Haiku, just to eat there! Is high end, 5star taste/quality really possible from a food truck?!? It sure is, because Chef John has some serious culinary...

Chef John HOOKED ME THE F UP. THAT WAS SOME DELICIOUS FISH TACOS. I had the beer battered fish tacos (3 for 20). And a singular grilled fish taco (8). TAKE MY MONEY CHEF JOHN YOU KILLED IT EVERY TIME.Truly, that was amazing and I’d recommend this stop to anyone at this food truck park.My camera is broken and does not do it justice. GO HERE AND EAT ITS GAS.
