This guy is an artiste! He explained each layer as he put it together and I was so excited to eat it I forgot to take a photo before I smooshed it! Complex flavors, different sauces, perfect fries. Highly recommend all their dishes (this is the second time we’ve been here) but the photo is a southern fried chicken sandwich.

I totally agree with other reviews, obviously passionate about the meal, the ingredients, and the presentation. He said "the best burger of your life" and I have to agree. We both joked that he would make my wife jealous, and we were both right there too. Would recommend, absolutely.

The best food on Maui!!! Hard to find healthy food that doesn’t sacrifice taste and flavor. We’ve tried most of the menu and everything is delicious. Authentic European food, all home made! The burger and gyros are a must!! Great service- Dino is respectful, fun, personable, and hospitable! Full of aloha 🤙🏽 Always looking forward to our meals here and conversations with Dino!

Super fresh and everything is homemade including the cheese, bread, and etc…all of it! So delicious! The chef is so passionate about his food, and is so so nice. 5 star ++
Also, had the gyro..but may have eaten it before I remembered to get a picture. So good.

Chef Dino is the man!! Very unique and tasty menu. The Burger and Fried Chicken Sandwich are must haves. It doesn’t get better than homemade sourdough buns and organic toppings. My wife says to say Dino is such a sweetheart. The Greek coffee is also superb. We will be back!

Chicken is not zabiha halal! Its a local butcher who "blesses" it. Fyi. Confirmed with owner. He was very transparent. Appreciate it. 5 stars!

The food was absolutely horrible. Customer service was great would not recommend it. The french fries were black like the grease has not been changed. It was just horrible.
