Ice cream was average.The customer service was the worst. We asked for a scoop of ice cream with two flavors. She charged for 2scoops. When brought it up, she responded in a rude way that “In AMERICA when you ask for 2 flavors means 2 scoops”Definitely, the customer service here needs a lot of work and attention.
I really love there customer service. No matter how many times I've ask for a sample (i'm a very picky eater) they never failed to give a great customer service. I've been here many times before and there ice cream are over the top. Please do not hesitate to visit; their price is reasonable, especially the amount of ice cream in one scoop. Every worker I've seen are very polite, especially there new worker, whom I think is named Jhasmine. Nevertheless 5/5.
Great place for Made on Maui ice cream and desserts. Scoops are generous and delicious, they even have Vietnamese iced coffee and Korean Patbingsu! Best selection of ice cream cakes and balloons.
