Fuego is a semi casual restaurant at the golf course. The views are amazing of the mountains and golf course. We started off with the empanadas, one of each flavor, really tasty... the beef was really flavorful! The skirt steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. Enjoyed a side salad and mashed potatoes, which was enough the share. The side of chimichurri goes well with streak and empanadas. We sat inside as it was a little breezy and our server, who also took care of the bar, was super sweet and provided great service. Living on the islands, this was a nice break with different flavors. We will definitely go back. Interested in trying sandwiches at lunch. Mahalo

We have eaten at Fuego many times and enjoy sitting outside on the lanai. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We ordered many of our favorite dishes which are consistently delicious -- the pork chop, mariscos risotto, brussel sprouts appetizer (or side) and gnocchi with spicy sauce. Fuego stays on our list of go-to restaurants.

We had a great server, but 2 out of 3 of our steaks were overcooked and they were out of mashed potatoes, even though we were eating at 6:30. Our to sirloin steak was cooked perfectly.

Fuegos was the only restaurant that allowed us to schedule a last minute reservation for 7 on Thanksgiving, the service was slow, food took over 30 minutes to get to our table. We did have an exterior table with a great Mountain View overlooking the Golf course. Everyone enjoyed their food selection and drinks. We plan to return in the future, hopeful the service will be more attentive and timely.

We had an exceptional experience at Fuego. Every dish was spot-on. Three of us dining. Our table went with the short rib, pan-seared salmon and a medium rare ribeye steak. Each entrée was prepared perfectly as requested and served with seasoned mashed potatoes that were rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Our server, Eric, was excellent—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without ever feeling intrusive. As a side note, don't pass on the oven-baked, house-made rolls. They're warm, soft, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. Overall, an outstanding dining experience. Highly recommended.

We have eaten here quite a few times. Seems like the last few times have been hit and miss. This last time I ordered the skirt steak medium. The overall flavor was great, but the steak was too rare and had a lot of fat throughout. I was disappointed as the steak is why we go there. My husband had the New York, which was pretty good. Brussel sprouts and mushroom risotto is very good. The ambiance is wonderful, but I don't know if we will go back any time soon. Bummed.

We went with some out of town friends and had one of the best meals we have had in our 21 years living on Maui. We have told our friends and will be back. We had the filet mignon and it was outstanding. Our guests had the tomahawk and it was amazing. Highly recommend Fuego

Our family of 6 1/2 (2 y.o.) spent a nice evening together. The food that included drinks, appetizers, salads, entrees including 2 tomahawk steaks and dessert was just OKAY. Wish I could have do a rave review for $$$$ spent but maybe this review could improve for next time!

It is a great place! We'll go back next time we're in Maui! If you want a place near the airport - this is a super choice!

I have to express my disappointment with our experience at your restaurant. As local residents, my husband and I have been eager to visit since your opening and we chose to celebrate my 65th birthday. Unfortunately, the rib eye steaks we both ordered were a significant let down. While cooked to the correct temperature, they contained an excessive amount of fat, they were chewy and tough to eat. I have rated our experience three stars due to the good service from your bartender/server who was very apologetic and kindly provided a discount on our bill. We appreciated his understanding and effort to mitigate our disappointment.

I took my wife here for her Birthday. We were greeted and seated, even though I mentioned in my reservation it was a Birthday dinner not once was my wife greeted with a Happy Birthday. We ordered appetizers which came out quickly. When we were done we ordered the Tomahawk Ribeye with a few sides. The Mushroom Risotto was raw and not cooked which we didn't finish and I asked to have it removed from the bill. The Bill was corrected because it was still on the bill, and when it was corrected the server made a smirky comment saying the change was made and I saved $2... The Steak was not seasoned, it was the toughest Tomahawk I've ever eaten. Preparation was mediocre and my wife and I did alot of chewing...lol...we couldn't even finish it. It was our first time here hoping for a great experience like Cafe Ole but it was just okay. It was not worth the $200 tab and won't be returning unfortunately.
