Fuego is a semi casual restaurant at the golf course. The views are amazing of the mountains and golf course. We started off with the empanadas, one of each flavor, really tasty... the beef was really flavorful! The skirt steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. We have eaten at Fuego many times and enjoy sitting outside on the lanai. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We ordered many of our favorite dishes which are consistently delicious -- the pork chop, mariscos risotto, brussel sprouts appetizer (or side) and gnocchi with spicy sauce. Fuego stays on our list of go-to restaurants.
We had a great server, but 2 out of 3 of our steaks were overcooked and they were out of mashed potatoes, even though we were eating at 6:30. Our to sirloin steak was cooked perfectly.
