A bunch of teenagers who have zero ethic run this place. I’ve come multiple times in the past few months and they have gotten progressively worse. They open at 11 am but all the lights are off at that time with a few workers standing in the corner of the restaurant while there are at least three parties standing outside the doors. They don’t open on time, they don’t take your orders (insist you have to order online for pickup to dine in in store), and they just don’t care. Last time I came the worker who cashed us out at the register didn’t utter a single word to me. No greeting, no thank yous, just pointing and handing me the receipt with a grumpy expression the whole time. If you’re going to open late due to other reasons than disrespect for customers and a lack of work ethic or care for the company, at least explain to the four groups outside waiting for a table to expect an estimated wait time. Yuck!

This place was okay, it's conveyor belt sushi (they have cute trains that bring you food). They were super busy the evening we arrived. The sushi was okay, not as fresh as I'd thought it would be, and it took a long time for the food to come out. As a novel experience, it might impress a ton, but as I've visited Japan, it's nowhere near as good as conveyor belt sushi there.

They have a new system so you have to use your own phone to order and not the devices at the table. Part of our order didn't come out but was rectified when we rang for service. Average sushi.

1. Gotta go online and reserve a seat.2. Waiting line is long bc they take FOREVER to clean tables.3. Food is way overpriced for small rolled sushi. They skim out on the green onions and ginger.4. Tea cup is dirty. Make sure to scrape the cup bc of build up.5. They take FOREVER to ask if you need a refill on drinks.

Waay over-priced for what you getting, orders taken electronically by your phone only.Not coming back. If you can afford this, then you can afford a fancy restaurant with healthier real food. $133 for 3 adults. Miso soup is over salted and tastes like its a week old. Junky experience...Kid-friendliness: high chairs available.

maile the host/server was a very rude, cold, attitude heavy person. I did nothing to you? as soon as I walked in she was like, what? the food was…whatever. probably one of the worse sushi places I’ve been to. miso soup was probably the worst I ever had. would never come here again.

The food was so amazing like always but the wait for certain food was too long. i ordered a kids meal from there for my child. i arrived very late my child was very hungry waiting for her food while my bf n mine n my friends food came earlier before my daughters food.
