Waited in line for 20 mins. the workers just ignored me. Yes they were slammed. But there was no method of the madness. Just to ignore people walking in to get online orders out, which wouldn’t stop popping up. There was all of the ice cream/yogurts out on the counters, a massive pile of dishes, and it just looked so unhygienic and unsanitary that we walked out.

This place never has orange juice, and theres no way they can't fix it or buy another one. Every single time I ask for juice it's broken. Ive heard from past workers that they give that excuse to not clean the juice machine and if that's true then they need to hire more better workers

My daughter wanted a pretzel after the dentist and they were cash only today. Didn’t have cash so offered her a Jamba Juice and pretzel from Jamba. The store had a rotting smell and thought it might just be some cleaning supplies. The pretzel was so rotten and tasted like the smell inside the place, I spit it out immediately and told my daughter not to eat it. Now I’m questioning if the staff knew because the two ladies working were laughing like they were hiding something, I found their behavior super odd. I’ve never complained or written a bad review in my life. That pretzel tasted like an old shoe been worn by homeless blanket lady from Paia. If I wasn’t in my car with a crying newborn I would have went back in for at least a refund. Reminder to myself of why I should just make my own food. Nasty ? don’t buy their food unless you like that new foot flavor.

I use to be a Jamba Juice worker at the mauilani location. Seeing kaahumanus Jamba Juice workers/place is the worst to go to. Two acai bowls with no bananas and no coconut flakes.They add bananas and put no blueberries. Not only did they not listen to my order, but when I asked them to fix it they took out the banana and flew it across the store and gave me my bowl as is with no correction. I’d like my 24 dollars back

Worst Jamba Juice I’ve ever had. I asked for sour patch kids and be said if wa discontinued. That’s ok. I reiterate that I am a big fan of sour like sour Jamba juices are my life he offered something called rainbow candy . Knowing my love for sour. I thought he had my back and even asked for extras lemon juice. I was excited . When I finally for my drink knf sas f r completely utter life and failed. If tasted like milk sugar and a hint of lemon . I’m hoping can renew my faith in my favorite beverage , it was literally ice , cream and a tablespoon of lemon juice
