This place is badly run & organized. Each time we go there, something isn’t working or available. The smoothies are watery, the acai bowl is given melted. The people who work there don’t know anything about the menu either. Bad face for the Jamba Juice chain.

If you don't want to stand in line at Starbucks check out Jamba next door. Ordered online and it was ready for me in the fridge when I go there. Good amount of toppings and was an excellent substitute instead of my morning coffee!

I use to be a Jamba Juice worker at the mauilani location. Seeing kaahumanus Jamba Juice workers/place is the worst to go to. Two acai bowls with no bananas and no coconut flakes.They add bananas and put no blueberries. Not only did they not listen to my order, but when I asked them to fix it they took out the banana and flew it across the store and gave me my bowl as is with no correction. I’d like my 24 dollars back

I love Jamba , great smoothies , very friendly staff that well comes you and even helps you pick out great smoothies when you're just not sure cause they're all so good , and the oatmeal great way to start your day so if you ask me I say the best ever cause when my jaw was wired shut for 2 years it was a big help o yes it don't forget the banana bread,so much to chose from

On Sunday the 30th of July I went into Jamba Juice just before closing time with my Ohana it was 530 pm the boy that was working the cashier and made of drinks he had a attitude and started slamming stuff around and aggressively shaking the smoothie blender before I knew what time it was my boyfriend asked what time do you folks close another worker said ) we close at 6 pm I have no clue why this boy gave us attitude when just wanted a drink to purchase i think he should have a week of suspension for giving us such a bad attitude towards us just because we came before 20 minutes before closing losing time

I use to enjoy their bowls but the few times I’ve been there, the bowls are half empty. Not enough toppings especially for the price. This bowl was $11.50 and it not even full.

I just watched the teenager making smoothies for a whole line of people immediately shift to make 4 smoothies for his friends that just walked in. Lame. Nobody appreciates that, come on. His friends can’t wait in a line for their free smoothies ? Please just be polite, my goodness.
