Fries were really good and fresh, comparable to in and out imo. Chicken sandwhich was good too but not as good as chickfillet. Pretty close though. Lack of sauces offered at least through the drive through window which wouldve been a good addition to any chicken sammy.

Even for a fastfood chain, I'm no sure what I'm supposed to even comment about. Friendly staff, supposed to be a great chicken shop.
Chicken sandwich - bland, bland, bland. I'm not even expecting Popeyes. But at least, you can have some type of flavor. Just breaded chicken. Fries - no salt. Spaghetti... just look at the melted cheese that has now been turned into cardboard, and then reheated. Just not acceptable. And throw in some slice of pineapples and call it the aloha version.
Standard Maui fastfood prices. Won't be returning. Not sure if this is the Maui Jollibee experience versus all chains across the globe. Either way, not happy with this one.
This place is such a joke. First tine arrived and there were 3 people ahead of us - it took 25 mins to place our order and another 20 mins to get our food. The place was not even busy - the people were so incompetent and disengaged, i was just amazed. The food was extremely average.
Second time - I only went again because my wife insisted and this time was much the same except they were out of fries and chicken sandwiches. A chicken place out of chicken...how funny is this.

Love the fact Jollibee has been available on Maui! The staff is awesome as well as the food. Sometimes there is a wait time but that's because there's a line or they're making a fresh batch.
Parking: Most customers do not park they go through the drive-thru. The parking lot is shared between other nearby businesses but there is always a lot of parking.
This was just generally a bad experience. They didn’t have sandwiches ready which happens. We were asked could we wait seven minutes which we did we received the rest of our meal which was wrong even after it was repeated twice. My husband ate that and we sat in the parking lot and waited and waited finally Went in after 15 to 20 minutes, and they completely forgotten that we had never had a sandwich we just sat there forever if we hadn’t gone in, so the drive-through was a poor experience. Food was ok. Don’t think we will bother
