This was our first visitbtoba Jollibee restaurant, despite having one in much closer proximity.
I cannot believe how good it was. It was different enough from other fast food chains that it certainly stands on its own.
We are fans.

Heard from a lot of friends to try this place. You can pretty much get this stuff anywhere. Chicken was good, although the spice level was on the milder side. Spaghetti and gravy were so so. If you need an affordable quick place to eat, this is for you.
The Hispanic lady who took my order was so disrespectful that I am telling everyone on any type of social media platform about what just happened. Jersey city, New Jersey State route 4440.I placed an order for spaghetti with fried chicken. Both my children have autism. One of the order the sauce in the spaghetti had covered the chicken. I gently went back very respectfully and said to the cashier lady that I can't accept this order because my son who has autism won't eat it because the spaghetti is on the chicken. She looked at me and refused to take the item back. Then finally she did accept the item to exchange it so my son could be able to eat it without the spaghetti on the chicken. Then she opened up the door and said to me that it was my fault and I should have been more careful and taking it out of the package. I informed her that my daughter's item was fine but my son's item was smothered in spaghetti sauce. She says well you have to hold it correctly and this is your fault. I was so amazed that someone spoke to me like this that is in a food service customer support platform that I asked to speak to the manager Roy. I spoke with Roy and I don't think he understood English too well so he didn't understand the magnitude of the complaint. He was just saying I'm so sorry so sorry. The crew members huddled around the Hispanic lady and supported her and said it doesn't matter you know it's no big deal she's been overly sensitive and just ignore it and don't listen. Now I never yelled, I never use profanity, I was never mean or hostile I simply was very gentle and just sent my son's not going to eat it like this. Am I to be treated less than because I'm not asian, Polynesian Island person, Hispanic? Am I supposed to feel less than because I'm not one of the above? Apparently I have no right to even say that my son can't eat something because the way it was smothered with sauce. I forgot this was a free meal so that's why she felt comfortable in doing it and Roy didn't have the understanding to even handle the complaint. I am so disappointed and all I can do is just share on every single platform that I can find about what happened.
