Soooo good! Bought the chicken hekka with fried rice for $12 and it was enough to feed 3 people! The chicken comes in a bowl, separate from the rice, filled with a sweet shoyu broth, rice noodles, tofu, and shiitake mushrooms. Loved it! The fried rice is made with carrots, peas, green and Lima beans, corn, and lots of pepper - perfectly. My only complaint is that there wasn't a lot of chicken in the bowl.

Friendly, but food was only so so. Definitely not very good Chow Fun or fried rice. Lacked flavor in a big way. The Chicken Hekka was OK. Lots of noodles, bamboo shoots but not a whole lot of chicken. Left disappointed by the meal as a whole. But, the guy was certainly friendly!

Best chicken hekka I've ever had (also the only chicken hekka I've ever had haha but on top of that hands down the best fried rice I've ever had as well (and I've had a lot of fried rice) athough I would skip the macaroni salad for extra rice or something it just isn't that great price is great considering it is a food truck in Hawaii and the portions are huge.

Excellent 'Chicken Hekka'. I was pleased to find it because in Honolulu it is rarely seen on a menu. It was delicious and the chow fun was ono too. Mahalo!

My go-to place for Roast Pork! This lunch wagon is located off of Kahului Beach Road near the Kahului Boat Ramp and is painted earth-toned camouflage. The Owner, Mark, is usually there most days out of the week, usually not Sunday, unless he has a catering. I usually wait until Friday, when the Roast Pork special is available for 10 bucks. Comes with rice and your choice of Mac salad or chow fun, but I usually choose the Mac salad, and the plate "super sloppy!" (Gravy over everything!) They have other lunch plates available also, including their home made Hamburger Steak Plate, Sweet and Sour spareribs and loco moco. The chicken Hekka plate is also a good deal and will satisfy your cravings for chicken long rice, ala Asian style! And, you may luck out if you have a craving for a special of the day on another day of the week it's normally available, especially if Mark has a catering for that dish. I've lucked out and picked up the Roast Pork plate on a Monday instead of Friday, simply by driving by and checking. Prices range between $7.00 and $14.00, but you definitely get your money's worth here! As far as I know, Cash only, but not 100 percent sure. I usually pay cash, so never had to try with plastic! I also usually see the wagon there from about 10ish to 4:30-5 p.m. If you haven't already, try this place and pick some up for dinner too! And you gotta try the Roast Pork!

Okay, but nothing special. The steak patties were not super fresh and hot (temperature wise), sauces were no not served on the side as ordered and unfortunately they were too salty. I had to drink a gallon of water after these sauces. 808 plate is way better. Better meat quality there! And they serve salad! The only thing I like about this place better, is that they serve fried rice with little chunks of veggies.

Stopped here on the way back to kaanapali (the long way). Wasnt sure what i was getting into with the hekka chicken but it was good. Highly recommend putting your chow fun noodles in the soup! Nice guy and a beautiful spot to have lunch.

Best place to buy already made chicken hekka. You have a choice to have it served "plate" "pint" or "quart". I got da plate which comes with 2 scoops rice and your choice of Mac salad or chow fun. I chose chow fun. My boy of course got da Loco moco and you can choose to have just one patty which is perfect him. His plate also had a choice between Mac salad or chow fun, he chose Mac salad. The patty is meaty and full of flavor.

So my fiancé & I were craving something, but we didn't know what. We seen Tommy Lau Hee's chicken Hekka truck & just went for a go! Probably the best decision! Since then we've tried almost everything on his menu! FOOD: Chicken Hekka: Honestly never tasted chicken Hekka, but obviously I had to try! Not really for me, but I'm sure it's good to others. Loco Moco: really good!! I love the gravy!! The meat was good size & that portioning is big! Smoked meat: I could honestly eat this all day! It runs out fast & he only has it until it lasts. So get it while he still has it! Super delicious! You gotta have it! Shoyu chicken: Really flavorful! My chicken was super juicy. I've had some that's been dry, but this one is killer! Roast pork: this is probably at the top for the both of us! That bomb a** roast pork smothered in that ono gravy is a winner! Ate this twice already! You gotta have this too! All plates you choose either fried rice or white rice. Also chow fun or Mac salad. I love the chow fun. Simple yet still delicious! Overall we love this food truck! We always try new places, but we just keep coming back here. We haven't been able to stay away! Good food, fast to get it & super nice guy! Can't wait to go back already!

Love the chicken hekka. It was yummy. Mark is located at kahului beach harbor look for the food truck. You must try his other food to like hamburger steak, chow funn, oyakadon, fried rice and I'd course dry tako. Go check him out.
