I recently visited the grand opening of the new Little Caesars location, and despite the expected first-day challenges, it was a positive experience overall. The staff, though new, were clearly doing their best to keep up with the high demand. There was a long wait, but given the rush of customers, it was understandable.
One thing I noticed was that employees weren’t wearing gloves, but I did see them washing their hands regularly, which was reassuring. The food itself was good—fresh, hot, and exactly what you’d expect from Little Caesars.
Since everything and everyone is new, there’s definitely room for improvement in speed and efficiency, but that will come with time and experience. Overall, I appreciate the effort of the staff and look forward to seeing how this location grows in the future.

We waited in line for 20 minutes which wasn't so bad. After ordering and paying for my order I noticed that none of the workers were wearing gloves while handling the food. After waiting for a little bit my pizza was cold considering it's supposed to be hot and ready and the pizza is flavorless. I'm kinda disappointed. The only thing I did like was the crazy puffs those were good.

I walked in craving a simple, affordable, and satisfying bite and Little Caesars delivered despite being packed (just as expected for their grand opening). The Crazy Bread and Italian Cheese Bread hit just right. The workers are working hard in the back making the dough from scratch. The dough, the cheese, the garlic butter, was perfect!
As for service, these guys are hustling. They are brand new and short-staffed, but they are giving it their all. A little patience goes a long way and trust me, it is worth the wait.
Currently, they are not taking phone or app orders because of the high demand. Very understandable for any new business opening in Maui.
We had a wonderful experience on LC’s first week of soft opening. Great job team. Know that you are still getting your feet under you. You are doing a good job. Thrilled to have my crazy bread back! 🫶🏽 🙏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽

Was so excited to see them on the island. Downloaded the app, built up the order, said it would be more than one hour for pickup at 3pm. Are you kidding me? I'll give it another shot another day, but I'm not waiting that long. One star until improvements are made.

They ran out of half of my order. Couldn’t refund me half so they were trying to ring me up on a different register. But after waiting for 10 minutes, I ended up just leaving with a full refund. Not sure why they wouldn’t pre-plan it being so busy Opening week. Hopefully, I can go back and it won’t be So poorly ran. With it being so crazy and not being able to itemize my refund and still not being able to give me a full refund and re-ring me up they should’ve just gave me the order.
