Mealy $7 for a sausage and egg McMuffin??? I get prices are up and things cost more in Hawaii but this was just ridiculous. We definitely regret getting these before our road trip to Hana.

Ordered b-fast on the mobile app and checked in @ 10:09 am CQ77 3/8/25. Got caught up in traffic - when I got there to collect my food they said b-fast is over, which it was. My food was ordered and ready 20+ mins before breakfast was over. Now I have no food, no refund and no email or notification in the application.

Quickly delivered our mccrispies. I threw some of their hot mustard on my spicy chicken. Tasty, just what we needed after a four hour flight delay. Just one thing, the diet coke tasted a tad off. I was hoping to try a spam sandwich. We heard you used to have but that may have been Kauai. Oh well, maybe some day.

I visited McDonald's today, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. The fries were overcooked—very dry and hard, losing their usual taste. I was also unpleasantly surprised by the Coca-Cola, which tasted more like diluted water—barely any carbonation and a weak flavor. I hope this was just a one-time issue and that the restaurant will pay more attention to food quality.

Wow the poor woman on the cash register had no idea how to make change. She gave us the wrong amount after several minutes of trying to figure it out. She needs to be moved into the kitchen. The counter is not her best skill.
I feel that McDonald’s as a whole is robbing society with their over priced food, and if they considered their customers and value them, they would lower the prices so then their customers can purchase more at once because of their high prices. The higher ups in the company could take a price cut. I’m pretty sure they don’t do nearly as much as their treasury because they have other people doing it for them.
