It was good. From the reviews I was expecting more.
Asked for medium to med-rare on the ribeye. It was well done.

One of my favorite local plate lunches to stop by, I always get the Steak Stir Fry because of how amazing it pairs with their sauces, but I've also gotten their seafood plates and they're just as ono!
Ran into Chad who helped us out while lost, good dude! So we had to stop by after a long flight from LA/GA. I don’t think we realize what we were about to get into. The flavors of that ribeye???? so fkn delicious!!!!
That meat is top notch! The flavors are phenomenal! The meat is so TENDER! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Wish we knew of this place sooner in our Maui trip. My dad was craving crab and this was the closest I could find. The food was fresh and delicious! Exactly what we were hoping this whole trip. Tasted authentic and gives home-made vibes. Great spot where there are additional food trucks were you can try different options.

Okay....so we definitely know Seafood and are very picky. I mean my husband born and raised Big Island is a diver so....fish os kinda their thing in our Ohana....
Hmmmm where to start.
1. PRICE.....honestly it's so affordable for the plate size and the quality of the fish. Pretty important to know your getting well above what the price per plate is..
2. Seasoning....Yep...pretty much on point. Doesn't overpower the yummyness of the fish. Just the right amount of salt!
3. What we ordered Lobster and shrimp....5stars! Ahi and veggies....5star I will say one super noticeable treat...it was cooked just right...the Ahi still pick inside with a nice thick laryer of grill and juices... So so ONO!
All food trucks ESPECIALLY fish trucks in Hawaii are NOT created equal...so far(and I have tried alot) this is my favorite in Maui!
Also other items than just fish...but that's what really pulled us in to eat here.
