This place is amazing! Service was quick and good and the girl that served me was really kind, and helpful since it was my first time I wasn't sure how to order, but she made sure I understood and went with my preferences. I believe her name was Kristine, she was very sweet. Food tasted great and would definitely recommend

I had a great experience at Pretzelmaker thanks to Van! They were friendly and efficient while making my pretzel bites, and it was fun to watch the process. The store was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Van made the whole experience enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Thank you for the great service!

The mini dog pretzel bites are so good here! And I always like coming to a place with not only good food but good customer service. An employee named Kristine gave great customer service from greeting me with a smile when I got in, taking my order until I paid for my food. She was very helpful. Overall I had a great experience. Would recommend coming here anytime!

I was visiting maui this week and I went to pretzel maker twice with my mom. the first time was good but the second time was really good. this boy Jacob made sure you could taste the butter and salt on the bites. i’ll definitely be coming back next visit.

I would like to say hats off to your Assistant Mgr - Jennie. She knows what customer service is all about she went out of her way to accommodate me!!! I always go in to get the regular pretzel bites n mini dog pretzel bites. But have been in there several times and they couldn’t make it because no else to help that worker. Well just to let everyone know Jennie was there by herself and went out of her way to make it for me!!! Jennie best ever employee at Kahului!!!
