My Big Bowl ramen soup base doesn't have much pork bone favorite. Tasted more like salt with some seasoning. I should have asked for more bouncy ramen n mine was a bit too soft to my liking. The boiled egg was cooked completely. No running yolk, see pic. My wife has the cold noodle n it was fair as well. Considering this is Maui, I guess we shouldn't ask for authentic Japanese ramen.

One of the best katsu curry rice I've ever had in my life. It was so crispy, the curry was spicy (I asked for spicy), food was quick. It's not a fancy place, but it's super delicious

Filipino Ramen restaurant we got noodles for takeout and also went to the restaurant for dinner. Friendly, efficient and kind staff. This is inside the Queen Ka'ahumanu Center Mall.

Excellent spot. Ramen was delicious, as was the fried rice. Gyoza were cooked to perfection. Portions were generous and food came out quickly.
Family friendly place. All soup base was pork and we don't eat pork. They were able to do water base. On the seaweed and egg soup. Did the fried chicken but I think they use same oil for pork for the chicken because it had a taste that was not right. They were very nice and helpful so we had the soup , veggies and drinks. Paid for the chicken didn't want to be any more trouble.
