Justin's execution is next level. Tonight I tried the Ahi Katsu and the plate disappeared before I even thought about taking a picture. It's always awesome to see a beautiful local family serving top notch gourmet style meals with Hawaiian style at its finest. Go check out shibiz to experience the pure Aloha served in every dish. Mahalo for that amazing dinner.
I met this awesome couple back when they had Hui Kitchen up at the old Wailuku Inn. When they stepped away from that deal, I spent the last year wondering if they were going to start something of their own. Fast forward, I learned about Shibiz after running into them at another restaurant, and we recognized each other because our family had become regulars at the Hui Kitchen.
Anyways, these are the type of businesses that everyone should continue supporting....
