The name says it all, to take care of. Chef Kevin and his team provided care, in many ways for a ten day trip to 28 of my dear family and friends. The menu was well planned and perfectly executed. He used fresh local ingredients which developed layers of flavor. He catered to those with special dietary needs from 1 year olds to those in their 70’s. Chef Kevin worked with a local wine shop owner, Ed, to pair evening Pupus and the main dish. Care went from sunrise to beyond sunset making sure all necessary elements for each day’s ending was in place and prepared for a fresh start for the next day. Excellent communication from start to finish. The Soigné team worked efficiently together and continuously reminded us to allow them to care for us and to just relax. His team and my guests were symbiotic for ten days. Chef Kevin stole the heart of 3 year old Willow Mae who beamed when he carried her around one morning during breakfast and sobbed when time for goodbyes. This was a trip of a lifetime and chef Kevin and his team were a vital part of the beautiful memories made.

People people people: LISTEN TO ME AND USE FARM TO FRIDGE on your next Maui vacation. We used them for almost every dinner all week for our large (22 people!) family. They did all the right things: showed up on time, cooked amazing food, served it beautifully, and cleaned up afterward. And on top of that: truly delightful people.
I honestly don’t know how the job could have been done better. The first night we were there, F2F folks showed up in our condo and when we asked what we should be doing, they just said, “Nothing. Enjoy your vacation,” and then magically some delicious food showed up shortly thereafter. This repeated itself, night after night.
It’s really hard to do food for a large group on Maui. Restaurant reservations would need to have been made very early, and in most cases they simply cannot accommodate a large group. Then think about the hassle of wrangling kids into cars, parking, etc. Or, I guess you can do the famous “let’s trade off who’s cooking” thing, which literally everyone hates.
Or you could hire Farm to Fridge and be very, very happy. Do it. Use these folks.
