Wow! Chef Kevin prepared the best dinner we had on Maui for our family group of 14! Every bite was delicious. He was also very easy to work with as I planned the special birthday evening. Highly recommend!

The name says it all, to take care of. Chef Kevin and his team provided care, in many ways for a ten day trip to 28 of my dear family and friends.
The menu was well planned and perfectly executed. He used fresh local ingredients which developed layers of flavor. He catered to those with special dietary needs from 1 year olds to those in their 70’s. Chef Kevin worked with a local wine shop owner, Ed, to pair evening Pupus and the main dish.
