$12 mini plate of postele stew, and the accompanying mac(?) Salad was esp ? bomb. Would like to try their other options.

Katsu was super oily, but worse than that, the person taking the order was very rude. Extremely bad service, no Aloha. 18.00 for a plate lunch, and you have to deal with his attitude. Please find a new

Although the food was good, this has been by far the rudest service I’ve ever experienced. Male chef did not acknowledge me upon arrival and made it seem of a burden when approached.Most likely will not be visiting again. Did not leave a good taste in my mouth.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! SOOOOO GOOD!!! Accidental stop... The do this one right!!! We had the sizzling ribeye, bacon mushroom burger, and coconut cake!! Out of this world!! Thank You Sparky's!! Incredible staff too!! ❤️

Was in the area for an appointment and finished right about lunchtime, so I luckily got a chance to pick up some grub from Sparky’s! The lady before me was picking up a phone order, so I asked what she ordered. She got the hurricane katsu which is her go to meal everytime. I got it and it was super good!!!

Definitely my favorite Hawaiian food on the island! Don’t take my word for it, just go see it for yourself! Best food truck on Maui

My tour guide told me about Sparky’s so we stopped by on the way back to the airport. Damn I wish I tried them sooner. Best local food I had all trip. Next time I make it back to Maui they will be my first stop second stop and last stop!

Had eaten here a couple of times with work colleagues and the food and people are great. While a burger may be traditional food fare, the creativity and seasoning make it a unique food experience. Recommend if in the area.

Hands down the best local food on Maui. The food truck is always busy but it's so worth the wait. Don't miss out on their hurricane sauce. Get any dish with that sauce. You won't regret it

The pastele nachos were sooo good and so filling. The best kalbi I’ve had in long time! I’ll definitely be back!
