This place was well worth the wait. When I came in it was very easy and I had a 15 minute wait but the food was worth the time. I had the loco moco burger and it was delicious. We also ordered fries for the table and they were some of the best fries I have ever had. The interior of the restaurant was a little bland though. I highly recommend this restaurant even if there is a wait.
Portion size is too less and food is decent. Not worth the price.
No frills meals. Nachos were delicious. Fries were perfectly crisp.

The tiny place was packed from the minute we walked in until the minute we left, and for good reason. The food was fantastic! Service was very friendly.
Pulled up and was skeptical but don’t let the facade fool you…service was excellent, as was the food. Not an empty table in the place.

Low key and super delicious local grinds.
Had the Saimin which really hit the spot as it was the dish I think about the most for Hawaii.
We also had the chicken katsu loco moco which was fried perfectly and had wonderful gravy. We decided to have the small size which was a nice smaller portion since we knew we could be snacking later on the beach.
Poke salad was also very good though I do prefer just getting a pound of it at Foodland.

Brought my big family here and we all enjoyed the food! Definitely recommend the Hurricane Mochiko Chicken. It was so delicious. My dad is usually hard to please when eating out and he loved the Mochiko Chicken!
Loved our first visit to Sparkys! The sweet and spicy pineapple katsu chicken was amazing! This is the only mac salad for me!
