ATMOSPHERE: Located street level at the front of Queen Kaahumanu Center. No drive thru. Parking is close but you have to be lucky to find a stall in the front of the mall. The inside seating area is small and is brightly lit due to the huge glass windows. There are a few tables outside.
BEVERAGE: Egg Nog Frappuccino Very tasty and not overly sweet, with a nice hint of egg nog.
Strawberries & Creme Frappuccino This is my all-time favorite on the everyday menu. Brings me back to the days when Orange Julius was in the mall when I indulged in the strawberry julius. I'm just missing the seasoned fries...
Chestnut Praline Frappuccino Damn, this was really good, and my new favorite holiday flavor! Vanilla flavor with hints of nuttiness, and again not overly sweet. Passed on the whipped cream!
SERVICE: Staff are pretty friendly, and the service really depends on who is working. It's not the quickest though.

What I really liked on the Starbucks spot was how fast they were,it’s not like any they Starbucks that sometimes the baristas takes it easy and slow. They were really quick here,I appreciate it.

What’s the point of having our orders written down if workers don’t read and follow it. We ordered 6 drinks; 4iced, 1 frappe & 1 hot. We asked light iced for all 4drinks. When we got it, there was extra ice on all 4drinks. Also, Starbucks charges for caramel drizzle but you don’t even bother putting caramel drizzle.
