Starbucks Coffee G28 - Kahului Airport

Lost my order, helped people 5-6 behind me before I had to ask where my drink went. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Friendly quick service. Open early enough for our 7 am flight.

So slow.

These Starbucks’ employees were very unorganized and unprofessional. I was craving Starbucks and had to walk all the way to the other side of the airport which would’ve been fine if I hadn’t had to walk back and forth from my gate and Starbucks for their mistakes. I ordered a few bagels and cream cheese, 1 brownie, and 1 croissant. After waiting a long time for my order, I walked back to my gate assuming that they have gotten my order correct. When I got to the gate I opened the bad and noticed there was no cream cheese nor was there a croissant. I then had to walk all the way back to Starbucks to ask for cream cheese and my croissant. Then after walking back to my gate AGAIN, I saw that they had not given me any knives so I had to walk back to the Starbucks again. The employees messed up my order multiple times. I am very dissatisfied with this service.

Our routine before we fly home is to stop at Starbucks in the Maui terminal. The staff is always friendly and we get a breakfast sandwich & drink before we fly home. Even some other treats (their popcorn is great). Highly recommend. Steve Concialdi

I might be one of the only people not in love with Starbucks. We flew into Maui on my birthday and Starbucks gave me a free item, so we stopped on our way out of the airport to get something.We hadn't eaten much, so I got a breakfast sandwich. It was ok, nothing spectacular.It wasn't very crowded here, but the service was pretty slow.Overall, I'm sure it's the same as every other Starbucks.

It's a Starbucks, at the Maui airport. It was certainly busy since it's the only coffee spot at the terminal. Friendly staff, but definitely a starbucks...no more, no less.

An early departure at OGG does not offer many food options besides Starbucks. with airline food service being what it is today (generally, poor) I'd strongly recommend a stop here to pick up a breakfast sandwich, fruit, or whatever you need while sitting for 6 hours or more on a plane. We didn't, thinking First Class AA food would be good (it wasn't). Bad planning on my part. After going through: (1) the agriculture inspection, (2) the line at the airline counter to check baggage and finish the boarding process, and (3) TSA, follow the directions to the gates. A well-lit center main area on the second floor prominently features the Starbucks. Other businesses will open as the day progresses but, for early morning travelers, this is it. OGG is very low-key and low-profile. It's the last bit of island tranquility to be experienced before landing at the major mainland airports.

Really loved the variety of flavors and the starbuck products they have for sale. It is a place to rest between flights

Nice to grab a iced coffee before we flew home. Helped to keep awake on the flight to LAX as I cant sleep on planes
