Charged us $93. I gave a $15 tip. I assumed my to-go order was correct, and I was frustrated to find my own meal was missing when I boarded my plane. No one to call to get a refund. I'll be contacting our CC account, but they should have a contact and quality control.

Just your local Hawaiian airport bar and restaurant.

Our server started off short with is and tried to recover as time went on. I would’ve given them 5 stars but her attitude and the plain onion rings kept me from being able to. My cheeseburger tasted great though. Just expect airport pricing.

There is an extremely rude bartender named Troy who was working the Wednesday dayshift and needs a refresher in customer service training. He was very abrupt which is not good for the restaurant or for anyone who might be traveling home from Maui.
Besides the lack of a greeting, he was very forceful about how he told me about the rules of the bar (eg. no standing at the bar top, “you need to sit on a stool” after I was barely standing there for 3 minutes to ask him about the takeout food and raised his voice at me multiple times while reciting the rules of his bar.)
My gate 23 flight was boarding and he closed out 3 checks before grabbing my takeout order which sat on the food line for quite some time while my family had to go ahead of me in the boarding. The experience was absolutely careless and it was not that busy.
His rules were so extreme that he did not allow me to transfer my ice to a water cup and he also refused to provide a cup of ice for me to take on my flight. That’s fine if it’s really a rule but the way he addressed me was disrespectful.
I still tipped 20% because I cannot bring myself to do otherwise. $9 on $45 but that was the closest I have ever been to a non-tip.
Sorry but when people travel to Maui to spend their precious vacation time and resources, the standards should be higher especially at the airport.
The prices are higher and most of us are going back home, so the airport restaurant servers are the last people who we meet before boarding the plane. Servers like Troy can cast doubt on whether travelers would come back another year.
I am glad my family was not there to see or experience Troy’s rude behavior. I will be contacting the management and posting this on Yelp as well.

Made it through an entire Hawaiiain trip just to get robbed at the airport. If you’re going to charge airport prices at least serve something passable. The chicken sandwich here is mediocre at best, the fries taken straight from a freezer and warmed up. Texture not good, and the taste even worse. Don’t even get us started on the chocolate lava cake, stale and flavorless. Our bar for airport food is pretty low but jeez was this just bad. The rude waitress didn’t help. Pack some food for the flight and skip this place.

Wife and I ate here a few weeks ago while we were waiting for our flight home. Loved it. Good, quick service from our waitress, and good food and drinks. I recommend the poke bowl!! Very much exceeded my expectations for an airport restaurant.

The best bloody mary mix ever! Wish I could buy it on line. This is a busy maui airport restaurant/ bar but the staff keep it going with fast service. My friend and I almost missed our flight due to having too much fun here! 😄
We sat at the bar and Karmen was great!! The Mango Mountain Colada was excellent. We also split the Kalua Pork Quesadilla, yum! I forgot to take a picture :)!
Amazing food for an airport. Beef teriyaki was a little dry but taste was more than adequate. The green salad was delicious and sticky rice was fluffy and moist. 10/10 recommend this plate especially if this your last meal in Maui.
Its way over priced 30 dollars for a couple of chicken tenders and bland french fries. Definitely stop at the place before you reach it. You wont regret it

The food was great but the waitresses were not friendly at all especially Anu!!! They did not ask us once if we wanted water, napkins or anything else! We had to get our own sause and order our food from our phone.
I saw bad reviews and was concerned at the beginning but I’m glad we stopped at Ray’s to eat. The food was surprisingly good for the airport restaurant. We ordered fish and chips, Cesar salad and quesadilla and everything was delicious.
Good drinks Great service.
Rude bar tender, walked out
