I had an online order ! Came in around 2:11 pm on Wednesday May 06 2025 ! Didn’t mind standing in line ! There were 2 customers ahead of me so I figured ok Right after she was finish with the 2nd customer The Filipino aunty behind the counter ignored me and Did what she was doing making an online order while I waited for a good 20 minutes!! In the first place WTH is she doing solo ? Shouldn’t there be another damn worker along side of her !! I will not be ordering from Maui market place subway from now on !! Their customer service sucks !!!

Can you please teach your workers about food handling?? The worker tonight has been rubbing her face with her forearms, is sniffling, all while working on my subs. It’s so gross. Please let your workers stay home if they aren’t feeling well. I feel so sorry for her.

My wife and I went today for lunch and there was only two workers and a long line, but they made it happen😁 Amelita helped us by making our sandwiches, and rung us up too. She was calm, smiling and deserves a raise, very good worker! The other girl was helping, but looked like maybe she was a new worker. Thank you for the great sandwiches!! God bless

The line was incredibly slow, however the person making the subs was not to blame as he was the only one working at the time. He was generous with the portions and gave more than enough of everything without over charging.
Overall a decent place to stop when picking up food for a plane ride home.
The subs were pretty pricey (at least $12 per sandwich), but the person working there was generous enough to ring our subs up as cheaper ones, and they had a deal that was buy 2 get 1 free foot long which I’d say was a solid deal.
Overall this establishment gets at 9.1/10

Came here for dinner. Great food, great value, great taste, fresh. Service was friendly to us, but between the employees, I could tell something was off, like they were about to get into an argument. The older gentlemen working there seemed to be “better” than everyone else, but at lease he was working.

Seemed like the workers don't care about the customer. they're just stick to the rules and they're really cheap on the portions that they gave for the sandwich when I asked could you put a little more for me they looked at me like I almost broke thier arm!! The meatball sandwich is Italian style was my best one there that's about it. ??

Sandwich was extremely light on all ingredients but the real kicker was no water to drink unless I buy it in a plastic bottle that traveled halfway around the world. I know the idea is to milk every last cent from me they can, but plastic bottles leach chemicals into the water inside, then end up in our landfill due to inadequate recycling on Maui. This is no way to malama aina and I will never be back to this location.
The workers here are very friendly and make the sandwiches really good. I’ve actually been here several times this month. We really like The Boss sandwich, their wraps, broccoli cheddar soup, and cookies. Many times one of the female workers has to man the front by herself and she still does it with such a positive attitude and great service.
