Came here for dinner. Great food, great value, great taste, fresh. Service was friendly to us, but between the employees, I could tell something was off, like they were about to get into an argument. The older gentlemen working there seemed to be “better” than everyone else, but at lease he was working.

Seemed like the workers don't care about the customer. they're just stick to the rules and they're really cheap on the portions that they gave for the sandwich when I asked could you put a little more for me they looked at me like I almost broke thier arm!! The meatball sandwich is Italian style was my best one there that's about it. ??

Sandwich was extremely light on all ingredients but the real kicker was no water to drink unless I buy it in a plastic bottle that traveled halfway around the world. I know the idea is to milk every last cent from me they can, but plastic bottles leach chemicals into the water inside, then end up in our landfill due to inadequate recycling on Maui. This is no way to malama aina and I will never be back to this location.

The workers here are very friendly and make the sandwiches really good. I’ve actually been here several times this month. We really like The Boss sandwich, their wraps, broccoli cheddar soup, and cookies. Many times one of the female workers has to man the front by herself and she still does it with such a positive attitude and great service.

I’ve been going to Subway for years and in the last few years I’ve been going for salads.This was the worst experience ever.First of all, every Subway store charges extra to make your sub sandwich a salad instead, which never made any sense since they aren’t even using the bread.Second, this location limited every vegetable to what they might put on a sandwich. They refused to give me any more lettuce, spinach, cucumbers or any other veggie. When I asked if they would please cut up the meat and cheese they refused to.Third, I asked for no dressing, just a lot of vinegar. She put 2 small shakes on and I asked for more she just glared at me.I really should have just walked away, leaving the so called salad.The tiny thing I paid extra for was $13.Never again.Overpriced and extremely poor service.NEGATIVE 10 STARS
