Got the unagi donburi and it was super delicious. Excellent balance in the portions and top notch eel. The salad had a tasty orange dressing that cut through the eel’s fattiness nicely. I’m gunna keep seeking out this place when I’m back at the food truck oasis!
What a great way to immerse yourself in Maui's food scene by grabbing lunch at the food trucks located across from the Costco. Very happy that Sushi Kochi was my first meal here. Hoping to eat here again!
