This is by far the best restaurant food we've had since arriving to Maui. Their island cuisine was very tasty, with nicely sized portions, and very reasonably pricedThe atmosphere was very welcoming and the service exemplary. Our hosts Marietta and Donna were very attentive and super friendly too.
Taste's needs to Train their Guy busser to proper greet the guest with a Smile & Not ask ( You want something to drink ) like serious. Oh Servers need a Huge training on their Customer Service of Greeting & Check on your tables. Check if everything is going well or ask is there anything else you need. Nope we never have a server come back & check on us to see of everything was good nothing. You Y'all make IHOP look better Absolutely Sad. I work in Food & Breverge for nearly 28yrs & to see this kind terrible awful service is absolutely Sad. I should have not gave a Tip due to Poor ??? Service, but due to I understand we count on our Tips I gave a nice Tip which wasn't deserve Spent $120.00 for Bad Service. TRAIN YOUR STAFF... Food was Okay not great should have gone to Pearl's much better ONOLUSCIOUS food... Due Better Kokua your Locals

Rude/ virtually non existent service. Walked out after being ignored for 10 minutes, the staff didn't seem to know or care that we were there, and was more intent on clearing tables and purposefully avoiding eye contact and they passed us, ignoring us when we tried to get their attention.

My wife and I were looking for a local place to grab lunch. This came up on Google Maps and it was a short walk from our cruise ship, so we gave it a try. If we were local, we’d eat here once a week, at least. The food, Shrimp Sari Sari and the Ox Tail soup. Both were outstanding and came with delicious sweet (purple) potato salad. And to top it all off, the staff were friendly and informative. Great experience!!

If you're looking for good, solid food with local flair, this is your spot. I liked my first visit so much, I came back. Did not disappoint. I had the baby back ribs and they were *fabulous*. Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

Lots of great menu options and the service couldn't have been friendlier! I wouldn't come here for atmosphere though. It's really open and feels like a banquet hall.

Having been to Hawaiian places not in Hawaii, there's no comparison. This place was awesome. Food, service, atmosphere. Also super convenient if staying at the hotel right next door. Drinks were strong and a reasonable price too.

We were looking for quick bite andpreferably some local dishes and this came up on Google maps.I cannot recommend it enough. A simple layout with simple honest food. The ribs were awesome and I will be back the next time I’m in Maui, no question.Harry looked after us from the minute we walked in and he is just a wonderful person. Such a pleasure to talk to him and he was so gracious to give up his time to chat to us.Honest good, honest conversation, honestly delightful.
