Chicken satay sauce didn’t have much flavor. Chicken fried rice was more like Chinese fried rice. Garlic shrimp didn’t have garlic flavor but it did have a good fried crust. Nothing tasted like Thai food though.

This is truck food in a food truck park. Parking lot is a fenced area and gravel ground. It is hard to notice in the evening. Ordered Pad See Ew with shrimp. Very good except the garlic was raw.

Waited 1 hour for food after ordering online, also giving 45 minute notice (1hr45min total). Customers that placed orders while we waited had their food in about 10 minutes. Staff was rude when we asked about the status of our order. We were willing to substitute items but that didn’t seem to be the issue

Amazing Thai food truck in Maui! The location is perfect and the food is even better. I’ve been to Thailand a few times, and this place instantly brought me back to the streets of Bangkok (just a bit pricier than street food, haha).
I ordered the Pad See Ew and... It was incredible! Honestly one of the best I’ve had outside Thailand, and I could’ve easily eaten two. Prices are fair for the quality and portion.
The seating area is covered, so you’re good whether it’s sunny or raining, and the whole place has a cozy, chill vibe surrounded by other food trucks. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in Maui and craving real Thai flavors.

We were looking for a red curry and went with the chicken Penang with extra chicken. The flavor was there but the chicken was not for me. Maybe it was due to it being a darker meat than is usually served back home. My husband was disappointed in the amount that was there considering he had ordered extra. It was not spicy at all.
