Order at the door/window. 10-15 minutes they call your name and it’s ready. Order online to skip line. Fish sandwich is the best on the island. Chicken sandwich was good but fish sando is much better. Mac salad was amazing as well. Pork loco moco bowl was mid. Not much flavor. Takeout only.

We went since everyone was saying the food is great and the food was good but the service is awful. Sat there watching people come and go while my food wasn’t coming out for 50 minutes. First time I asked her where my food is since the group who ordered right before me picked up, finished eating and left and she just ignored it and said “there are online orders too” and then they said “someone took your food” on the second time I asked when I was sitting right infront of the pickup window the whole time. If you go, order online or else they might just not care about your order enough to make it.

Great place to stop arriving or departing from the airport! Fast and friendly service and the food is great! Just know there is no dining area, so eat in the car or head to the nearest beach!

We really wanted to like this place as it came highly regarded by a lot of people and we read good reviews of the place. the service was chaotic and the pick up and ordering is all at the same window and done by the same person. We wanted to try the Mochiko chicken but they were already out at 4pm. We tried the pork belly (which is basically crispy pork), but the skin was very stale and hard to chew, and thre was no sauce. the vinegar in the vegetable was overpowering and made the rice underneath taste VERY sour. we also got the Phat chow fun, which came with tiny bits of pork, and the chow fun was bscially super thick. instead of being chewy, it was too doughy and tasted like it had sat there for a while and now is being reheated up. Portions were small and prices were steep. Overall very disappointing :(

Got the Kau Kau Tin with Pork Belly. Was very quick. Fairly good food. This is a take out location so do not expect seating.
Great take out place for traditional Hawaiian fare. Place was very busy so best go on their website and pre-order your food and drink. Lots of parking but gets really busy at times. You can wait in your car and they will send you a text when your order is ready for pick up. Food was good with a big serving size. Like anything else in Hawaii, price was well, erm, pricey even for take out only but definitely hits the spot. You can eat in your car but there are public beaches nearby with picnic tables and great views.

This place lived up to its expectations. First of all, it is a pick-up only. You cannot even eat outside the restaurant. Pick up your order and go to Costco’s food court or a nearby park. Don’t drive too far as cold dishes suck. In general, I don’t like sweet dishes, but this mochiko chicken is worth a try. Reasonable price and good portion. Order in advance so you don’t have to wait.
